Twenty-five utility professionals recently completed the Supervisor Essentials Course, a leadership development program offered by MRES. The year-long program consists of four sessions and is designed to equip emerging utility leaders with the essential tools, knowledge, connections and confidence to excel in supervisory roles. Facilitated by staff from the Tennessee Valley Public Power Association's education department, the course is tailored for individuals currently in, or aspiring to, leadership positions such as supervisors, managers or crew leaders.

"MRES remains committed to offering specialized training that prepares utility employees for the evolving challenges of the utility industry," said Matt Schull, president and CEO of MRES. "On behalf of MRES and our members, I want to congratulate this year's participants for completing the course and for their commitment to growing as leaders within their utilities."
