CRASE (Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events)

Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) training teaches survival techniques for an active shooter scenario, including what to expect when the police arrive. The course is built on the Avoid, Deny, Defend (ADD) strategy developed in 2004. Topics include the history and prevalence of active shooter events, civilian response options, medical issues, and considerations for conducting drills.

Boat Safety Course

A boat safety class provides essential skills for safe boating, covering navigation rules, right-of-way, speed limits, and local laws. Participants learn boat handling techniques, the use of safety equipment like life jackets and distress signals, and how to respond to emergencies such as capsizing or sudden weather changes. The course also promotes environmental responsibility to protect marine life and waterways.
