Fischer Supports IVF, Not Democratic Show Votes

Today, U.S. Senator Deb Fischer (R-Neb.) issued the following statement in response to the Democrats' in vitro fertilization (IVF) show vote:

"I unequivocally support IVF, but today's exercise was political theater disguised as legislating. Nothing has changed since last time the Democrats' bill failed-IVF is legal and accessible in Nebraska and every other state in this country," said Senator Fischer. "This bill is a dishonest attempt to paint Republicans as anti-IVF ahead of the November elections," she continued.
