NUMC Launches Expanded Hours for General, Pediatric, and Women’s Health Clinics

Starting August 13, Clinics Will be Open Every Tuesday and Wednesday from 6pm to 9pm

(EAST MEADOW, NY) - Nassau University Medical Center (NUMC) announced today that it will be expanding hours for patients to access the hospital's clinics. Starting August 13, new expanded evening hours will provide general, pediatric, and women's health clinic services every Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:00pm to 9:00pm.

"We are excited to offer these extended hours to better serve the needs of our community," said Megan C. Ryan, Interim President and CEO of NUMC. "There has been a growing demand for flexible health care options, and we are pleased to be able to meet this need. Our new evening clinic hours reflect our commitment to providing accessible, high-quality health care to all individuals, regardless of their schedule."

In response to the growing demand for flexible health care options, NUMC is extending its services beyond traditional hours, allowing patients to receive care without disrupting their daytime commitments. The evening clinics are open for walk-ins, making it easier than ever for patients to access essential medical services.

With the back-to-school season approaching, NUMC's pediatric clinic will offer comprehensive physical exams and immunizations to ensure children are ready for the school year. Additionally, the clinics will provide a wide range of services for adults and women, including preventive care, routine check-ups, and specialized consultations.

Staffed by NUMC's team of experienced health care professionals, the evening clinics are dedicated to delivering compassionate and comprehensive care, whether it's a routine check-up, a back-to-school physical, or a consultation.
