New Students Explore Central Texas through Pirate Adventures
During Welcome Week, Pirate Adventures allowed incoming first-year and transfer students to discover all that Georgetown and the surrounding communities have to offer.

As part of Welcome Week, incoming first-year and transfer students joined their peers for Pirate Adventures across Georgetown and the surrounding communities. Led by Southwestern faculty and staff, groups of Pirates experienced wildlife at All Things Wild Rehabilitation Center, became game show contestants at Game On! ATX, indulged in a taco crawl around Georgetown, soared to new heights at iFly Austin, and enjoyed many of the other adventures that Central Texas has to offer.
