Rolling Roadblocks Next Week on Route 15 NB / SB in Liberty Township, Tioga County

​Montoursville, PA - Motorists who travel Route 15 northbound and southbound in Liberty Township, Tioga County are advised that rolling roadblocks will take place next Wednesday between Exit 162 (Route 414 / Liberty / Morris) and Exit 158 (Route 284 / Buttonwood / English Center).

On Wednesday, September 4, 2024, between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM, Rooney Line Construction, Inc., will be slowing traffic while pulling communication lines across the roadway. The contractor will be slowing traffic for approximately 15 minutes. There are two scheduled pulls.

Motorists should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution.
