Tourism Management Board welcomes two new board members

Two experienced industry representatives have been appointed to the Tourism Management Board (TMB).

The new board members are Ant Ford-Parker, Chair of the Guernsey Tourism Partnership and founder of Outdoor Guernsey and Adventure Sark, and Natalie Davidson, who has more than 25 years' experience as an event consultant.

Hannah Beacom, Chair of the Tourism Management Board, said both new board members would compliment the wide range of experience already on the TMB.

'I'm delighted to welcome such experienced industry professionals to the board. Both Ant and Natalie's expertise will be hugely valuable as the TMB focuses on delivering its framework for the visitor economy.

'In addition to being Chair of the Guernsey Tourism Partnership and founder of Outdoor Guernsey and Adventure Sark, Ant is a silver-accredited Bailiwick of Guernsey Guide. He is passionate about the islands and committed to supporting and growing attraction providers and event and activity organisers.

'Natalie has organised many large-scale events, helped set up the Guernsey Event Company and spearheaded the creation and implementation of some of Guernsey's largest events, including, amongst others, the Guernsey Air Display, Guernsey Awards for Achievement, Proms on the Pier, Seafront Sundays and Liberation Day.'
