Premises Licence Variation - Shop at Skara Brae Visitor Centre, Sandwick, Orkney

Orkney Islands Area Licensing Board

Orkney Islands Area Licensing Board has received the following application for variation of premises licence:

Applicant: Historic Environment Scotland Enterprises Limited, Longmore House, Salisbury Place, Edinburgh, EH9 1SH.

Agent: Morton Fraser MacRoberts LLP, Quartermile Two, 2 Lister Square, Edinburgh, EH3 9GL.

Premises: Shop at Skara Brae Visitor Centre, Sandwick, Orkney, KW16 3LR.

Date by which objections may be made to the Board: 18 October 2024.

Variations applied for:

  • Extension of off-sale hours from 17:30 to 22:00;
  • Increase in off-sale capacity from 2.064 sqm to 3.74 sqm;
  • Inclusion of activities of film, theatre, displays and exhibitions; taking and dispatch of orders; tastings; and administrative functions.
