City Actively Developing Alternatives for the Proposed FY 2025 Budget

Corpus Christi, TX -The City of Corpus Christi is actively developing alternatives to the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2025. These include the Garcia Library, programming at the Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve Learning Center, the Greenwood Senior Center, and Code Enforcement.

The City is committed to exploring all possible options to maintain the quality and accessibility of essential services for our residents.

The proposed budget is not final, and the City emphasizes the importance of community input during this critical phase. Residents are encouraged to continue providing feedback, as it plays a pivotal role in shaping the final budget that will be presented to the City Council for approval. The City Council will ultimately review and decide on the adoption of the budget, taking into consideration the collective voice of the community.

"The engagement and feedback from our residents are invaluable as we develop a balanced budget. We are grateful for the community's ongoing participation and encourage everyone to remain involved in the process," said City Manager Peter Zanoni. "Together, we can find solutions that balance our fiscal responsibilities with the need to support vital community services."
