Frederick Police Seek Assistance in Identifying July Shooting Suspect

The Frederick Police Department has released video footage of a July shooting suspect and is asking for the public's assistance in identifying the person involved.

On July 5, 2024, at approximately 3:05 a.m., officers from the Frederick Police Department responded to reports of a shooting in the area of the East All Saints St parking garage. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male who had sustained a gunshot wound. The victim received immediate medical assistance and was subsequently transported to an area trauma center for further treatment, where he is reported to be in stable condition.

The incident is believed to have occurred in Carroll Creek Linear Park between S East Street and S Market Street. Detectives obtained video footage of the suspect and are asking for the public's assistance in identifying the person involved.
