Welcome home to Camden San Marcos Apartments, tucked away from the hustle and bustle in a quiet neighborhood in North Scottsdale, Arizona. Resort Style Pool Area

As an Arizona native, I can vouch for how important it is to have access to a good pool. It is the only way we survive summer! Having access to a 24/7 pool is the best - whether I want to sit by the pool and read a book or decide to take the plunge, it is just steps from my front door. There are plenty of grills, seating, and shade to help create your perfect pool day.

Dog Park

One of my favorite amenities is the dog park, as it gives me a place for my pup, Ziggy to run around! The park is spacious with a turf area and seating, plus it gives Ziggy a chance to hang out with his doggy neighbors. He has made quite a few friends over the past few years. Fitness Center

Another great perk is having a fitness center with all the equipment you need right at your fingertips. Lucky for me, the Camden San Marcos fitness center was recently updated with all new equipment, machines, and flooring. Since my gym is only accessible to residents of the community, it never gets overcrowded or overwhelming. For someone who is new to the gym, it can be intimidating going to a larger gym surrounded by professionals. At times I get the gym all to myself; you can't find that with a gym membership. I save money and can work out in peace, a two-for-one special!

Access to Shopping

Location is everything and we are right around the corner from multiple shopping plazas that include restaurants, grocery stores, retail and more. I am only a short drive away from some of my favorites. Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons are also large shopping areas that are only 15 minutes away. There are tons of stores and activities to choose from, the possibilities are endless. If you wanted to travel a bit farther, no worries, the 101 freeway is super accessible and less than two miles from the community.

Bike & Walking Path

One of my favorite weekend morning activities is riding bikes with my husband on a bike path right outside on 96th Street. It connects to a green belt that goes under the freeway and goes on for miles. Our classic route is to take the path to our favorite coffee shop, Press Coffee. It is a fun way for us to spend time together, get some fresh air and we get to hop on our bikes right outside our door. We also use the path for evening walks with Ziggy. The nearby neighborhoods are the best especially around the holidays when they are covered in lights and decorations.
