The far-right Israeli government continues its systematic war crimes to eliminate the possibility of establishing a Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital

The far-right Israeli government continues its systematic war crimes to eliminate the possibility of establishing a Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital. This includes escalating policies of genocidal war, ethnic cleansing, and forced displacement against Palestinians in Gaza and its northern regions. Settler organizations and extremist militias expand illegal land grabs and confiscation of Palestinian property, targeting Bedouin communities and undermining Palestinian presence, especially in the Jordan Valley and Masafer Yatta. The Israeli colonial agenda involves expanding settlements and constructing a network of roads to annex more Palestinian land, while enforcing collective punishment and ethnic cleansing.

The Ministry warns of the serious threat posed by Israel's deepening control over Gaza, with attempts to impose an Israeli administrative regime in the north, potentially extending over the entire Strip.

The Ministry remains engaged in diplomatic efforts to expose Israel's colonial ambitions, highlighting the dangers to the two-state solution and global stability. The realization of a sovereign Palestinian state depends on empowering the recognized Palestinian authority to govern Gaza, in line with the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice and the UN General Assembly's endorsement.
