James Noble TEP is Carey Olsen's head of litigation, insolvency and restructuring in Asia and leads the largest offshore litigation team in Singapore. Now recognised in the ALB Top Offshore Litigators list for four consecutive years, James is the only Cayman and BVI admitted (and Bermuda registered) litigation partner in Singapore. He regularly acts in market leading, complex and multi-jurisdictional cases and has specialist expertise in appellate matters in both the Court of Appeal and the Privy Council.
