Visit the Fort Morgan Library/Museum on Tuesday, Nov. 12, at noon to learn about "Medicine and Nursing in the American Civil War."
The Civil War began on April 12, 1861, and continued until April 9, 1865. The brutality of the war led to very important medical discoveries and innovations.
Explore some of the medical successes and failures that defined our country during this awful conflict. Learn about the extraordinary men and women who helped to revolutionize medicine into what it is today.
