World-class chef, fitness authority to sign bottles of his products on Friday, November 8
Lemoyne - The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) announced that Robert Irvine, world-class chef, fitness authority, author, and philanthropist, will sign pre-purchased bottles of Irvine's Vodka, Irvine's Gin, and Irvine's Espresso Martini Cans beginning at 4:00 PM Friday, November 8, at the Fine Wine & Good Spirits (FW&GS) Premium Collection, West Shore Plaza, 1200 Market St., Lemoyne, Cumberland County.
In addition to his restaurants - Robert Irvine's Public House at the Tropicana in Las Vegas and Fresh Kitchen by Robert Irvine within the Pentagon - he is the owner of FitCrunch, whose protein bars, powders, and snacks are available nationwide; Robert Irvine Foods, which makes prepared, restaurant-quality dishes available in grocery stores and provides food service to military bases worldwide; and the Lansdale, Pa.-based Boardroom Spirits, creators of handcrafted vodka, rum, whiskey, and more. He is also the author of four cookbooks; his most recent book, "Overcoming Impossible," launched in early 2023. In 2021, Boardroom and Irvine unveiled Irvine's Spirits, which includes Irvine's Vodka and Irvine's American Dry Gin. These offerings are the perfect distillation of Robert's culinary mastery and his experience traveling the globe and experiencing the best of everything. Each hand-crafted bottle adheres to the most stringent standards of a chef wholly obsessed with quality. A portion of the proceeds from all of Robert's endeavors benefit the Robert Irvine Foundation. Created in 2014, the foundation gives back to our servicemen and women and first responders.
FW&GS customers 21 years of age and older can sample the following spirits at this Lemoyne location beginning at 4:00 PM:
The PLCB regulates the distribution of beverage alcohol in Pennsylvania, operates about 600 wine and spirits stores statewide, and licenses 20,000 alcohol producers, retailers, and handlers. The PLCB also works to reduce and prevent dangerous and underage drinking through partnerships with schools, community groups, and licensees. Taxes and store profits - totaling nearly $20.3 billion since the agency's inception - are returned to Pennsylvania's General Fund, which finances Pennsylvania's schools, health and human services programs, law enforcement, and public safety initiatives, among other important public services. The PLCB also provides financial support for the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement, the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, other state agencies, and local municipalities across the state.
