Starting in February 2025, vehicles parked on Derby Ave., Landing Ave., Kyne St., 28th Ave., Paddock Way and Baze Rd. must abide by the restored 2-hour parking restriction Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Vehicles parked in designated areas for longer than two hours risk being cited by the San Mateo Police Department. View Parking Enforcement Map

Why are Restrictions Changing?

The Bay Meadows neighborhood is a transit-oriented community with the goal of reducing reliance on vehicles and expanding transportation options. Parking time limitations in the Bay Meadows neighborhood were eased during the COVID-19 pandemic, and have been gradually reimplemented since that time. The highlighted area on the map are the streets where restrictions will be restored.
