BNU School of Nursing and Midwifery announces Professor Ian Peate OBE as visiting professor

Buckinghamshire New University's School of Nursing and Midwifery has appointed Professor Ian Peate OBE as a new visiting professor.

Professor Peate is widely recognised for his significant contributions to nursing and healthcare, both in the UK and internationally.

His commitment to advancing nursing practice, combined with his dedication to education, makes him an invaluable asset to the School of Nursing and Midwifery. In addition, he has authored numerous influential texts and has consistently been at the forefront of shaping nursing policy and practice.

Addressing the appointment, Head of the School of Nursing and Midwifery, Dr Barry Hill, said:

"Professor Peate brings a wealth of experience and expertise in nursing education and leadership, which will be instrumental in driving the development of our knowledge exchange work.
