Telephone Outage Affecting FPD Non-Emergency Lines

The Frederick Police Department is currently experiencing a regional telephone outage, causing all non-emergency lines to be unavailable. However, Frederick County 911 services are still operational and can be contacted in case of an emergency. Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated timeframe for the resolution of this issue, so we anticipate that the outages will continue for the time being.

During this outage, an alternate phone line has been opened for non-emergency matters. If you need to make a non-emergency call to the Frederick Police Department, please dial 301-673-8030. Please be aware that this is a single line, so it may be busy or unavailable if in use.
