The newly appointed Ambassador of Armenia to Iran presented a copy of his credentials to the MFA of Iran

On December 10, the newly appointed Ambassador of Armenia to the Islamic Republic of Iran, Grigor Hakobyan, presented a copy of his credentials to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Seyed Abbas Araghchi.

Congratulating Ambassador Hakobyan on the start of his diplomatic mission in Iran, the Foreign Minister wished him successful and efficient term in office.

Grigor Hakobyan emphasized that the development of special relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran is one of the priorities of Armenia's foreign policy, and he will exert all possible efforts to achieve this goal.

During the conversation following the presentation copies of credential, the interlocutors discussed issues on the bilateral agenda, both sides stressed the importance of the prompt implementation of ongoing projects.
