Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 2, 2024, Anatol Feygin, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, was appointed to the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Cheniere Energy Partners GP, LLC, the general partner (the "General Partner") of Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. (the "Partnership"). In connection with the appointment of Mr. Feygin, Corey Grindal resigned as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the General Partner and as a member of the Board, effective as of October 2, 2024.
The appointment of Mr. Feygin to the Board was made pursuant to the rights of Cheniere GP Holding Company, LLC under the Third Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of the General Partner to appoint certain directors to the Board.
Mr. Feygin is not party to any transaction required to be disclosed pursuant to Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
