The Downtown Housing Plan is an area plan focused on accelerating housing production and furthering fair housing, while ensuring Downtown continues to be an attractive local and regional destination. The Downtown Housing Plan objectives are to establish policies, development and design standards, and to plan for necessary public infrastructure.

Community engagement is a key priority of the planning effort underway and a Community Advisory Group will serve as an advisory body to the City from this fall through winter 2025.Apply by 5 p.m. on Friday, August 9, 2024.
