Change in Company Officers and Directors

On September 7, 2024, Spyridon Bonatsos presented to the current members of the board of directors of Zalatoris II Acquisition Corp, a company formed in the Cayman Islands (the "Company") a resignation letter resigning from his position as Chief Executive Officer (the "CEO Resignation") and member of the board of directors of the Company, to become effective on September 11, 2024.

The Company fully intends to appoint an interim chief executive officer to fill the vacancy created by the CEO Resignation and an additional member of the board of directors by September 11, 2024.
