Court of Appeals of Georgia to Hear Oral Arguments in Cobb County

The Cobb Judicial Circuit, The Cobb County Bar Association, and The Cobb Women of the Bar Section announce the Court of Appeals of Georgia will hear Oral Arguments in Cobb County on Oct. 4, 2024.

Presiding Judge M. Yvette Miller, Judge Todd Markle, and Judge Benjamin A. Land will be in Cobb County to hold oral arguments. This will be the Court of Appeals of Georgia's fourth offsite event of 2024. The panel will hear oral arguments in the Ceremonial Courtroom of the Superior Court on Friday, October 4, 2024, at 10:30 am.

This event is open to the public, and the Courts anticipate that local members of the Bar and other members of the public will attend.

This visit continues the Appeals Court's outreach program across the state.
