ANACOM approves ITED and ITUR assessment procedures - 2024 edition

ANACOM approved, on 26 July, the assessment procedures for ITED and ITUR, 2024 edition.

These assessment procedures, together with the corresponding technical regulations and specifications, are intended to ensure that telecommunications infrastructure in buildings (ITED) and telecommunications infrastructure in housing developments, urbanisations and building complexes (ITUR) result in telecommunications infrastructure that is suitable for the services for which it is designed and that allows secure connection to electronic communications networks.

The new ITED and ITUR assessment procedures come into force on 1 August 2024.
