FDA Registration Is Now Open

All beer distributors are required to register with the FDA and must renew their registration between October 1 and December 31 of every even-numbered year; distributors with multiple distribution facilities need to register each location separately. Even if you have previously registered, you need to renew your registration before the end of the year.

To help avoid year-end technical issues in the registration process, you are encouraged to register sooner rather than later. In order to register, you are required to enter your log-in credentials. If you do not know that information, there are Account ID and password recovery tools on the log-in page, or you can contact the Food Facility Registration Data Management Support Services at 1-800-216-7331 or [email protected].

There is no fee associated with registering. Avoid third parties (including pop-up advertisements or online solicitations) asking for payment to complete your registration.
