State Police arrest Saratoga Spring man following restaurant Burg...

On October 27, 2024, State Police of Wilton arrested David Gregson, 57, of Saratoga Springs, NY, for Burglary in the third degree and Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree.

On October 26, 2024, at about 11:38 p.m., Troopers were contacted by a restaurant located on Maple Avenue in Greenfield, NY, reporting a past burglary. The investigation determined that Gregson allegedly forcibly entered the restaurant, causing damage to the building earlier in the evening. While inside the location, Gregson reportedly stole money and then fled on foot.

A few hours later, Gregson was located in Saratoga Springs, NY, where he was arrested. He was transported to SP Wilton for processing. Gregson was arraigned at the Wilton Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Correctional Facility without bail.
