Information about changes to card tariffs for PIs

Dear customers, we hereby notify you that the changes to the card tariffs are to enter into force from August 1, 2024. The changes concern:

• Introduction of "Mobile Savings" service in USD and EUR for additional accounts opened within a package offer.
• Introduction of the 2% commission fee (minimum UAH 50) for funds withdrawal without using a plastic card. The tariff does not apply to cash withdrawal using NFC.

From August 1, 2024, in order to adapt the Bank's operation to the normative legal documents of the National Bank of Ukraine, the Rules of Comprehensive Banking Services for PIs and the Public Offer for the Conclusion of an Agreement on the Use of Handwritten Signature Analogue and Electronic Document Flow are to be amended.

The main changes to the Rules of Comprehensive Banking Services for PIs:

• The concept of the "Authentication" has been expanded;
• The concept of "Advanced authentication" has been added;
• In accordance with the changes in concepts, the text of the document has been adjusted, in particular:
• Section 7. CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA THE I-BANK SYSTEM;
• Section 8. CUSTOMER SERVICING WITH THE HELP OF CA+ PAYMENT APPLICATION
• Clause 9.1.4. supplemented by provisions on granting permission by a bank to transfer information constituting bank secrecy to the National Police of Ukraine and to transfer information about the customer's open current accounts/payment card numbers to the customer's employer for salary and other payments
