Dining@WWU hosting special Latine Heritage Month lunch on Oct. 10

Join Dining@WWU and the La Plaza Latine Student Center on Thursday, Oct. 10 at 11 a.m. in Viking Commons to celebrate Latine Heritage Month with a special lunch menu featuring vibrant recipes like pollo encebollado, corn elote, and more!
Guests will also have the chance to win a featured cookbook with these recipes to take home. While enjoying your meal, come and stop by La Plaza's DIY table to customize your own Tajín gummies-a perfect quick and tasty snack. Don't miss out on this celebration, and see you there!
