* Pursuant to an Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of January 8, 2024, by and among Boston Scientific Corporation, a Delaware corporation ("Parent"), Sadie Merger Sub, Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent ("Merger Sub"), and Axonics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), Merger Sub merged with and into the Company, with the Company continuing as the surviving corporation and as a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent.
