BPD Community Alert: Detectives Assigned to District A-1 Seek the Public’s Help to Identify The Following Individual in Relation to a Check Fraud in Downtown

BPD Community Alert: Detectives assigned to District A-1 (Downtown) are seeking the public's assistance to identify the pictured individual involved in a Check Fraud incident that occurred between Friday, May 17, 2024, and Monday, May 28, 2024 in the area of 41 Winter Street. The check fraud was for a check of approximately $90,000.

The Boston Police Department is actively reviewing the facts and circumstances surrounding these incidents. Anyone with information is strongly urged to contact District A-1 Detectives at (617) 343-4571.

Community members wishing to assist this investigation anonymously can do so by calling the CrimeStoppers Tip Line at 1 (800) 494-TIPS or by texting the word 'TIP' to CRIME (27463).
