One-Way Traffic Control Next Week

AMADOR COUNTY - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will conduct the following one-way traffic control next week on State Route-49 (SR-49), and SR-88 for construction and maintenance operations. Work is scheduled as follows:

STATE ROUTE 49

• One-way traffic control at the Consumnes River for bridge work on Monday, July 8, from 12:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and Monday July 8, through Tuesday, July 9, 2024, from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

• Long-term one-way traffic control at the Mokelumne River Bridge/Calaveras County line for bridge work beginning Thursday, February 15, at 7:00 a.m. through Friday, October 11, 2024, at 11:59 p.m.

STATE ROUTE 88

• One-way traffic control at the Silver Lake Spillway for bridge work beginning Monday, July 8, through Thursday, July 11, 2024, from 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

• One-way traffic control from Raven Road to Tiger Creek Road for drainage work beginning Monday, July 8, through Thursday, July 11, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Motorists should expect 5-10 minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. This work is scheduled to take place as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials and construction related issues.
