Monmouth Medical Center Honors Wound Care Nurse Practitioner as September Employee of the Month

Long Branch, NJ, September 13, 2024 - Wound Care Center nurse practitioner Donna Cuthill, who was praised as exceptional with her patients and the embodiment of a team player, has been named Monmouth Medical Center's (MMC) Employee of the Month for September. In nominating Donna, Health Center Clinical Support team member Michelle Darling had these great things to share:

"Donna comes into work with a smile on her face every day. If she has anything is going on in her personal life, she does not show it because she always has a positive attitude. You will sometimes hear her humming a soft tune. She is exceptional with the patients, and calls them after hours to check in on them. She get supplies if they can't afford them. She is always willing to lend a helping hand and willing to learn any job to help out in any of the specialty clinics when we are short staffed. She never says that's not my job, she embodies what a team player is. She not only brightens the patient's day but the whole department, with her smile and kindness."
