HACU's 38th Annual Conference to feature workshops on global engagement

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities has announced its 38th Annual Conference will feature topics on "Global Engagement," under track six. More than 50 workshops that address the theme, "Championing Hispanic Higher Education Success: Reaching New Heights of Excellence and Equity," will be offered in seven tracks. The Conference will be held at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center, Nov. 1-3, 2024, in conjunction with pre-conference events.

The following are the workshop topics to be presented under Track Six - Global Engagement:

• Building the Passport to Study Abroad Pipeline
• Enriching Student Learning with Global Competencies: What We Have Learned
• Internationalization Initiatives at the Rio Piedras Campus of the University of Puerto Rico; The Role of Strategic Alliances at the National and Global Level
• Building Partnerships with USAID through Coordination and Collaboration
