Extra Space Storage Completes $400M Notes Offering

Fried Frank acted as counsel to BofA Securities, Inc., PNC Capital Markets LLC and Truist Securities, Inc., as underwriters, in Extra Space Storage LP's issuance of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 5.350% senior notes due 2035. The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by parent company Extra Space Storage Inc., a NYSE-listed real estate investment trust. Extra Space is the second largest owner and/or operator of self-storage properties in the United States, and is the largest self-storage management company in the United States.
