3,152,541 overnight stays in March 2024

The number of overnight stays spent in Belgian tourist accommodations amounted to 3,152,541 in March 2024. Most of these overnight stays were in:

• Hotels (52%)
• Holiday parks (14%)
• Holiday homes and apartments (13%).

The number of overnight stays was 11% higher in March 2024^[1] than in March 2023 (2,836,082).

In the Walloon Region, there were 576,810 overnight stays. This is a 13% increase compared to March 2023.

In the Flemish Region, there were 1,972,362 overnight stays, which is an increase of 14% compared to March 2023.

In the Brussels-Capital Region, there were 603,369 overnight stays. This is a 2% increase compared to March 2023.
