Cattaraugus County - The Village of Franklinville Village Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law 6 of 2024 Amending Village Zoning Map to Create Three Commercial Districts will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposed amendment of the Village of Franklinville Zoning Map to change the Commercial Zoning Districts from one zoning district to three zoning districts has been enacted to protect the interests of the Village and its residents and property owners. This local law separates the one existing commercial zoning district into three commercial zoning districts based upon existing land use patterns by changing the Zoning Map to reflect the three new commercial zoning districts. The project is located in all commercial zoning districts in the Village of Franklinville, New York.
