Norton Rose Fulbright diversity efforts recognized with Mansfield 2023–2024 Certification Plus

Norton Rose Fulbright has been recognized by Diversity Lab for achieving Mansfield Certification and Mansfield Certification Plus status for 2023-2024, highlighting the firm's commitment to improving diversity at the firm and in leadership positions. This is the sixth consecutive year that the firm has achieved Mansfield Certification Plus status.

The Mansfield Certification measures whether law firms have affirmatively considered at least 30 percent women, underrepresented racial/ethnic groups, LGBTQIA+ lawyers and lawyers with disabilities for leadership and governance roles, equity partner promotions, formal client pitch opportunities and senior lateral positions.

The Plus Certification indicates that the firm has voluntarily provided data to show that it has met or exceeded the goal of at least 30 percent of diverse lawyer representation in leadership roles and follows open and transparent policies, in addition to the baseline certification requirements.

The rigorous annual certification process includes data collection and reporting, accountability check-ins and ongoing collaboration among participants through monthly knowledge sharing forums over a 12-month period.

The firm will continue its commitment to diversity, along with more than 365 midsize and large firms, by participating in the next certification process for 2024-2025.
