RATINGS CHANGE: CO-03 is a "likely Republican"

Cook Political has officially moved CO-03 to a "Likely Republican" race.

Since December, CO-03 has moved into deeper and deeper Republican territory. Today's move further indicates how this R+8 seat has all the momentum moving toward Jeff Hurd, who is coming to Congress after November.
