State Police arrest two following retail theft

On November 22, 2024, State Police of Clifton Park arrested Devon C. Allen, 29, of Ballston, NY, and Brenna M. Wood, 27, of Cohoes, NY, each for Grand Larceny in the third degree and Conspiracy in the fifth degree.

On November 22, 2024, at about 7:34 p.m., Troopers responded to the Target in Clifton Park for the report of a larceny. On arrival, Allen and Wood were located in the Target parking lot by Troopers, allegedly in possession of more than $3,000 worth of Merchandise they had reportedly stolen from the store together.

Both were arrested at the scene and transported to SP Clifton Park for processing. Both were issued appearance tickets returnable to the Clifton Park Town Court on December 4, 2024, and released.
