Undersecretary of State Henryka Mościcka-Dendys took part in a meeting of the Advisory Legal Committee of the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The agenda covered practical aspects of applying the International Agreements Act of 14 April 2000.
The Committee members discussed instrumentalisation of migration in the context of a case pending before the European Court of Human Rights and concerning the situation on the Poland-Belarus border (R.A. and Others v. Poland, application no. 42120/21). The case has been scheduled for hearing before the Grand Chamber of the Court in February 2025.

The Advisory Legal Committee of the Minister of Foreign Affairs deals with key issues in the field of international, EU, and domestic law. It analyses these issues and draws up corresponding opinions and expert reports for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Established by the Order no. 36 of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of 8 December 1999, currently the Committee operates pursuant to the Order no. 4 of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of 25 April 2002.
