Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation Project

The City has scheduled a sewer manhole rehabilitation project (See location map below). This project will rehabilitate approximately 40 manholes citywide. The scope includes applying lining systems to the interior concrete surface of the manholes, repair existing lining system, removing and replacing in kind the ring ad cover of the manholes, removing existing manhole steps, and/or restoring asphalt pavement around manholes.

Construction begins Monday, September 9, 2024, and is expected to be completed by Friday, October 18, 2024, subject to weather delays and other unforeseen conditions. Working hours will be from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

The contractor will exercise care to minimize any disturbances; however, there may be minimal impacts during construction. As with any construction project, expect traffic delays and temporary street closures. The City asks for your cooperation and consideration while construction is underway. Please drive carefully through the construction zones.
