Emerald X Acquires The Glamping Show Americas

Fried Frank acted as counsel to Emerald X, LLC, a firm focusing on building dynamic market platforms that integrate live events into unique experiences, in their acquisition of The Glamping Show Americas event and related assets. The Glamping Show Americas is an annual trade event dedicated to the glamping industry. Each year Emerald connects over 1.9 million customers across 142 events and 16 media properties including events in the luxury, sports and outdoor, technology, advertising and marketing, food, home, industrial and design spaces.
