Free Dental Care for U.S. Veterans (EST)

Dr. Berns and the staff of Crossroads Family Dental thank you for your service! In honor of Veterans Day, along with other area dentists and volunteers, we are DONATING our services for this special event.

Our sixth annual Dental Care Day is meant to provide basic dental services for U.S. Veterans (proof of service required) on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis. FREE Cleanings, limited fillings, and 1-2 teeth extractions will be offered.

If you are a Veteran and you are interested in a FREE cleaning, FREE filling, or FREE extraction, please call/leave a message with us at 219-865-4095. A team member will help you with pre-screening and provide additional information.
