Dodging Derek Tran "declined to comment" on Biden

Extreme Democrat Derek Tran had a week to think about it, but still can't answer the basic question: Is Biden fit to be president?

This is the latest example of Tran's pattern of hiding from voters on important issues. Tran refused to come clean about supporting higher taxes and declined to support the voter initiative repealing Prop. 47.
