The asset sold for $500,000.

Jesse K. Fox, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Seattle office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an individual/personal trust. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Fox, and regional manager Adam Lewis, who assisted in closing this transaction.

Blue Fox Theatre is located at 116 W Main St in Grangeville, Idaho. The Blue Fox Theatre stands as a testament to Spanish Colonial Revival architecture and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Built in 1930 it is a cultural landmark with a 230-seat stage/movie theater, two spacious apartments and two street-front retail shops.
