Journey from Student to Beloved Teacher

Courtney Moore, a beloved Tiny Tots Preschool teacher at Laguna Town Hall, first experienced the program as a child in the early 2000s. She fondly remembers those days filled with play, laughter, and making new friends. "The teachers didn't just teach-they nurtured us through play and connection," she says. "That's where my love for learning began."

As she grew older, her passion for early childhood education led her to study child development in college. "That's when I realized working with children and helping them discover their own love for learning was my calling," she shares.

Now, returning as a teacher, Courtney feels her journey has come full circle. "It's special to bring my childhood memories into the lessons I share today," she says. Watching the children grow from the first day to the last is, in her words, "magical." Celebrating their little victories, whether it's learning to tie a shoe or share a toy, makes the job so rewarding.

Courtney looks forward to welcoming new families into the Tiny Tots community, where learning through play sparks endless possibilities.
