On October 9, 2024, State Police of Latham arrested Kenneth A. Ford, 34, of Albany, NY, for Robbery in the third degree and Burglary in the third degree, Assault in the second degree, and Reckless Endangerment.

On October 9, 2024, at about 1:45 p.m., Troopers became aware of a past assault. The investigation determined on October 7, 2024, Ford allegedly assaulted the victim, who is known to him, in a moving vehicle while traveling in Albany, NY, causing the victim significant injuries. He then reportedly forced the victim to give him cash while in Cohoes, NY.

Ford was arrested in Albany, NY, and transported to SP Latham for processing. He was then transported to the Albany County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
