Special Voting Deputies Visit Care Facilities

*-(Green Bay, WI) Beginning the week of July 22nd, Special Voting Deputies will deploy to Green Bay's nine care facilities to conduct voting. The City of Green Bay is committed to ensuring that every eligible voter can cast a ballot, and that includes our neighbors who reside in nursing homes.

Ahead of the visit, Green Bay Clerk Celestine Jeffreys communicates with designated care facility staff members to register eligible voters and receive their absentee ballot request forms. She provides information for residents as well as an official notice of the Special Voting Deputy visit.

Family members of care facility residents may be present when their loved ones are voting. Please check our website, https://greenbaywi.gov/1269/Election-Notices for the date and time of the visit.

Observers, only from the two political parties, may be present and need to inform the clerk, via email, the day before the visit, by 4:30 pm.
