"IP and data are significant value drivers for new products and services and transactions as enterprises look to new technologies, such as AI, and new opportunities, such as data monetization," said Brian Hengesbaugh, chair of the North America Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group. "Keo's depth of experience in healthcare, life sciences, AI and other emerging technology matters will be invaluable as we continue to address the evolving legal needs of our clients in the AI and digital health spaces. We are thrilled to welcome her back to the team."

The team connects across the globe to provide deep sector and local knowledge, commercial pragmatism and the ability to craft business-minded solutions. The Firm's technology, AI, healthcare and life sciences practitioners focus on navigating complex regulatory environments, data privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property and new and emerging technologies.

"Keo will be a great complement to our impressive bench of regulatory practitioners in Washington," said Maurice Bellan, Managing Partner of Baker McKenzie's Washington, DC, office. "Keo has already proven herself as a highly valued, collaborative team player and consistent high performer, and she has become a thought leader at the intersection of AI and digital health. We are confident she will be a great mentor to the next generation of associates and will provide invaluable leadership at the Firm."
