BNY Recognized by Disability: IN for Advancing Disability Inclusion for fifth consecutive year

BNY has been named to the 2024 Disability Equality Index®and is the recipient of the 2024 Global Employee/Business Resource Group (E/BRG) Impact Award.

For the fifth consecutive year, BNY earned atop score of 100 in The Disability Equality Index® and is recognized as a "Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion."

In 2024, 542 companies across more than 30 industries had completed the The Disability Equality Index®, which measures disability workplace inclusion across six criteria including Culture, Leadership, Enterprise-Wide Access, Employment Practices, Community Engagement and Supplier Diversity.

This year, BNY is pleased to announce that Disability: IN has also awarded BNY the 2024 Global ERG/BRG Impact Award for HEART's dedication and commitment to advancing disability inclusion. HEART is BNY's E/BRG focused on raising awareness and leveraging the talent of employees with diverse abilities to help build an inclusive and accessible environment across the firm.
